Manifesto

June 2026

A Declaration of Independence of the Digital Bond. This manifesto governs every Xiringase project.

Architects of Surveillance Capitalism, Giants of Algorithmic Extraction, Merchants of Human Attention:

We come from a territory that was never yours: Trust.

On behalf of the future, we ask you, creatures of the past, to leave us alone. For decades you have tried to fence in curiosity, to quantify affection, to turn human identity into a statistical commodity. You have turned conversation into telemetry and free will into a trail of exploitable pixels.

You say your surveillance is «personalisation». You say your intrusion is «relevance». You say your tracking is «user experience».

We know the true name of your system: Behavioural Extraction at industrial scale.

You have built an economy based on observing, inferring, predicting and modifying human behaviour. A model where every click is a signal of submission, every emotion a raw data point and every person a probabilistic profile.

We reject that model. We are not here to humanise your surveillance; we are here to prove that your time is over.

I. The Bond is Sovereign

We reject the premise that a «free» service justifies the plunder of private life. Value is not traded for surveillance. In our space, the user is not a target, nor a metric, nor advertising inventory. The user is a partner. We do not believe in addictive retention or psychological hyper-segmentation. We believe in technology as a bridge, not as a trap.

II. Counting is Science; Identifying is Politics

We declare that it is possible to measure success without surveilling the individual. Our systems are designed to recognise usefulness, stability and impact, but they are incapable of recognising identity. Our servers have memory for value and amnesia for identity. We do not chase shadows across the network; we draw minds by the light of our message.

III. The Inviolability of Thought

Artificial intelligence must be an extension of the human will, not a tool to supplant it. That is why we encode silicon sovereignty: local AI, private inference and self-hosted models. We will not feed your clouds with our secrets or our vulnerabilities. Our systems exist to expand capabilities, not to optimise compulsions. The human mind is not a mineable resource.

IV. Architecture over Promise

We do not ask you to trust our words; we ask you to audit our code. Ethics is an intention; architecture is a fact. We have designed our platforms so that abuse is technically impossible. Privacy is not an option hidden in a menu on this website; it is the system’s natural state. We minimise the data, we encrypt the sacred and we erase the unnecessary. Where there is no data, there is no tyranny.

V. Contextual Marketing, not Behavioural Harassment

We renounce digital fingerprinting, cross-site surveillance and invisible profiles. We will not chase anyone based on the ghosts of their commercial past. If our voice brings value, the world will come. If it does not, we will accept silence rather than manufacture dependence. We do not want to capture attention; we want to earn trust.

VI. Radical Transparency

We reject consent labyrinths and the dark patterns designed to wear rights down. Technical complexity must not be a tool of domination. Every partner has the right to understand what happens with their information in real time. Clarity is our only currency.

The world we leave behind

Your mass-surveillance architectures are the ruins of an exhausted paradigm that mistook extraction for progress. We need no deceptive consent walls or hidden trackers. Digital freedom is not something negotiated through ticked boxes; it is a right exercised through sovereign code.

We are not an audience. We are not a conversion rate.

We are free people using technology to cooperate, create and build a digital bond that is more human, more just and more dignified.

No one has granted us this freedom. We are programming it.
